Our billing department is one of the most efficient, accurate and up-to-date in the transportation industry today.

When you call our billing department you can expect to find quick and accurate information.

• Setting up a new account
  If you are shipping with us for the first time, you can obtain a credit application here.  Your credit application should be filled out and faxed back to us for verification. Your credit application will be kept on file for reference when you are responsible for the freight charges.

• Billing Address Changes
  Please notify our billing department of any billing address changes, this causes a delay in payment and could result in a phone call from our collections department.

• Proof Of Delivery (POD)
  When you need to know who actually signed for your freight at the destination, we would be more than happy to assist you.  Please be ready to provide information such as:  date shipped, BOL/SID, shipper name & address, receiver name & address, pro # or unit# at time of the call.

• Physical Copies
  If you require a physical copy of a delivery slip (POD), Bill Of Lading or invoice, please feel free to contact us and we will be able to pull the appropriate paperwork and forward it to you per your request.

• Arrived/Unloaded Times
  All times related to a shipment are shown on our invoices (i.e. times such as arrived at shipper time, depart from shipper time, arrived at receiver time and unloaded at receiver time)

• Accounts Receivable

If you are trying to determine the status of an invoice, feel free to contact our accounts receivable department. We can tell you whether payment has been received or if it is still outstanding. Up-to-date account information for your facility can also be obtained from this department such as balance-owing-to-date.

 

• Collections Department
  Invoices 15 days and over are monitored by our collections department. To maintain a good credit record with us, please pay your invoices within the terms indicated on the invoice. Statement requests are also available whenever required.
